1. Reception View
This is the large face-check screen for reception staff. It shows the latest person scanned in, their photo, and whether they should be allowed in or asked to visit reception.
2. Scan In / Out
Use this screen to simulate a member scanning their QR code.
- Scan in checks whether the membership is valid.
- Scan out ends the live session if one is open.
- If the membership is expired, the pass will show red and prompt the member to visit the desk.
3. Membership Management
This is the main working area for reception and membership staff.
- Pending self registrations shows new sign-ups waiting for approval.
- Staff can take card or cash payment from that queue.
- Edit lets staff correct a pending registration before payment is taken.
- Cancel removes a pending registration.
- Member list is where staff can edit members, renew memberships, or block / ban a member.
4. Self Registration
This is the customer-facing sign-up screen.
- The customer enters their details and takes a photo.
- When they submit, the Terms & Conditions pop up.
- Once accepted, the registration is sent to Pending self registrations for staff review.
5. Day Pass
The Day Pass flow creates a payment request for the membership team. Staff then process that request in Membership Management using card or cash.
6. Commercial
This area shows demo business information such as revenue, attendance, and top members.
7. Fire Safety
Use the fire icon to open the attendance table for the day. This shows who has checked in and can be used for a headcount during an evacuation.
8. Membership export
The Download membership check file button exports a simple member check list with membership number, expiry date, and status. This is useful as a minimal backup or manual lookup file.
9. Demo notes
- Email previews are for demonstration only.
- QR codes and payment flows are simulated for the demo.
- Data is stored in the browser for demo purposes unless cleared.
